There’s no easy way to avoid this sentence.
We are OBSESSED with the body.
Either you’re the perfect size or you’re labled as ‘fat’.
I listen to girls who are as skinny as a twig talk about
dieting, working out, and stuff along those lines.
Frankly, I don’t get it.
We have to be perfect to be loved.
At least, that’s what the world tells us.
If we spent a little less time worrying about our appearance,
maybe life would be a little less stressful.
Let’s face it.
Who DOESN’T look in the mirror at least ONCE a day?
And yes….iPod-backs, phone screens, trophy windows
on the way to the girls side of the gym?!
Yupp.
I caught you red-handed.
And did you know that by insulting others
you’re also insulting God’s creation?
AND AND AND
That by comparing yourself to others
and wishing you were someone else
is considered a sin?
If you are having an epiphany(incredible realization) at the moment,
good.
You now know how big of a part image plays in the world.
On ANOTHER note,
can I just say that,
if you’re gonna come to church for one of the following:
-socializing
-50 cent food
-see that one special apple of you’re eye
-INTERRUPT EVERY FIVE SECONDS
-sit in the back and talk during the lesson
Then, NO OFFENSE, but please go elsewhere and do your business.
There are actual people who go there to LISTEN.
and on occasions I can’t even hear Tim.
That’s sad.
Just try not to be as rowdy and things will be better.
Now, that my rant is over….
Time to partay! jk.
Bye :D
STUDENT COUNCIL!
DON’T FORGET TO DROP BY MRS. HARDIN’S ROOM TO GET YOU’RE PAPER WITH YOUR BUSINESS AND YOU’RE OTHER SHEET.
Thanks.
